Tools to spiral up when you are feeling down
About me
A lot of people who grew up around criticism, unpredictability, emotional neglect, or difficult relationships learned to survive by adapting. You may have learned to keep everyone happy, stay useful, suppress what you feel, push through exhaustion, or doubt your own experience.
My work starts from a different question: what is this pattern trying to protect, and what would your life look like if you no longer had to relive your past trauma over and over again?
I am a trauma-healing coach. I created real shifts within people who are struggling by building personalized tools that actually work for your trauma responses and how your past impacted your nervous system and many other areas of your life.

Lived understanding
My own experiences with trauma have made me more empathetic towards your trauma. Trauma healing is not something I read, I understood it from the depths of my own healing journey. My teachings and tools comes from the embodiment instead of conceptual understanding. Many years of processing my own trauma gave me that depth of understanding towards what it is like to go through intensely traumatic experiences and the shame, fear, grief and many emotional wounds that stems from those experiences.
The philosophy behind the work
Healing is not about fixing yourself with pressure and perfection. It is about loving who you are with ease and comfort.
One of the strongest themes in my work is moving away from shame-based discipline towards love-based discipline. That means choosing manageable actions, building consistency instead of using brute force to fix yourself, and making room for love, passion, comfort, and convenience. Sometimes the most useful step is doing less, regulating first, and allowing your body to tell you what is sustainable long term. So, healing becomes something you do to feel something positive instead of fixing yourself for what happened.
What makes this approach different
Resistance can contain a lot of information. So instead of treating every blockage as something to eliminate, we ask what need, fear, boundary, or survival strategy may be underneath it. It is through deep understanding of your resistance that we can find a way to move forward.
What working with me is actually like
You will not be expected to do everything right or have a perfect understanding of your past. My work is built around self-compassion and empathy.
